Makepeace Launches New Website

September 5th, 2015

Makepeace, a Massachusetts-based Archimedia Solutions Group LLC Company, has launched a new website with the help of SoSimple Interactive.

Makepeace is a supplier of Engineering, Construction, and Surveying supplies, equipment, and reprographic and large format color graphic services. The 100+ year old business is proud of its long heritage and the qualities that make it stand out from its competition… qualities like rapid response to its customers’ needs and personalized, individual attention.

Because of the high value they place on customer service, when Makepeace wanted a newly redesigned website, they needed to ensure it would make business transactions easy for their customers. They selected SoSimple Interactive because of our powerful content management platform and integrated tools that would give them the functionality they required.

The new, robust website provides extensive information about the company’s history, services, and products, including many informational videos. But more importantly, it allows customers to easily perform many tasks right within the website:  request service quotes, request product quotes, upload large files for printing, purchase supplies online, place service support requests, request pickups, and download print drivers and product sheets. In addition, the website features a company blog and social media sharing. For those interested in working at Makepeace, an employment opportunities page lists current openings within the company.

To accommodate visitors on the go, the new website features a responsive, mobile-optimized design. This allows site content to be automatically reformatted and optimally displayed across all viewing platforms - desktop, tablet or smart phone. With SoSimple’s Content Management System, Makepeace can easily self-manage and scale their website, easily adding new product information, videos, news, and blog articles.
