Monarch Communities, a leader in developing the next generation of senior living communities, recently launched its new website with the help of SoSimple Interactive.

Monarch first partnered with SoSimple Interactive in early 2020 to develop their initial, 1-page website. When the time came to expand their online presence to a full website, Monarch again chose SoSimple to help showcase their innovative approach to senior living.

The new Monarch Communities website features continuity in branding from the original site, including the same big, bold images and illustrations, alongside vivid branded colors. These elements are now spread throughout numerous interior site pages, allowing Monarch to easily expand their reach and create new pages that automatically assume their site's unique style.

The new site features SoSimple's Location Finder, used to display available Monarch senior living communities within a filterable map. Users can start their search directly from the embedded ZIP Code feature on the homepage, or navigate to the Our Communities page to use all map search features in full.

Each map location connects to its own detail page, showcasing available amenities, levels of care, information request prompts, and available apartments. Amenities and apartments can be browsed virtually with a custom pop-up gallery and modular apartment listing blocks, showcasing details for all available room types. These details are all easily managed within SoSimple's Content Page editor, allowing Monarch to scale their offerings easily and efficiently.

The new site also utilizes SoSimple's Social Media Mashup page type, along with Social Media Hub, allowing the Monarch team to easily integrate their social medias directly to their site, as well as share pertinent information and blog articles to multiple social media accounts at once, in just a few clicks.

The new website’s design is highly responsive and mobile-optimized, allowing site content to automatically reformat and be optimally displayed across all viewing platforms – computers, tablets or smart phones. The website was also built on SoSimple’s Content Management System (CMS), allowing the Monarch team to easily self-manage and update its content.
